Why do I get no response to signaling messages (sendcmpct, sendheaders, wtxidrelay) indicating that I offer a certain feature but don’t want that feature applied to me?
What if I don’t want messages sent to me using wtxid (txid only), but I don’t mind sending the wtxid to the person who sent me the wtxidrelay signal? If another node only wants to communicate with the node sending it wtxid, that node will immediately reject me as unsuitable. The only signal messages that have this function are: sendcmpct (Do not send = do not support cmpct, 0 = send but do not want to receive, 1 = want both).
