Error verifying public key in pgp (Bitcoin Core 26/Ubuntu 22.04)

I tried to verify the bitcoin-26.0 release signature following the official method (step 6), but I couldn’t get the downloaded builder key.

for example gpg --import achow101.gpgi get

gpg: (don't know): invalid packet (ctb=7b)
gpg: read_block: read error: Invalid packet
gpg: import from 'achow101.gpg' failed: Invalid keyring
gpg: Total number processed: 0

Does anyone have the same problem? I’m using Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS.
