February 8: flood, a protocol for order routing, management, and settlement, announced a $5.2 million seed funding round co-led by Bain Capital Crypto and Archetype, with participation from Robot Ventures. According to the team, “Flood provides decentralized application (dApp) developers with a suite of tools to own and manage the entire lifecycle of their application’s order flow. It is currently the only decentralized exchange available on the market with operational hooks ( As a DEX, the user experience allows traders to settle trades quickly while remaining seamless within the Flood ecosystem.”
