Growing up, I loved a good one-on-one combat video game. This is especially true when it comes to playing games in arcades. Saying that makes me feel too old. There was Street Fighter, Tekken, and Mortal Kombat. They were all great in their own way. Today, multiplayer first-person shooters have completely absorbed the one-on-one combat game market. It’s still out, but it doesn’t appear much in pop culture unless it’s Super Smash Bros.
With the Fist of Destruction slot, Hacksaw Gaming is definitely bringing back the nostalgia for old video games.

During gameplay, blue and orange fist symbols may appear. If you do so, they will punch upwards, wildly rotating their position and all positions above it. However, expansion only occurs if the expanding wild has a chance to complete at least one winning combination.

If a blue fist hits an orange hero symbol or vice versa, the expanded symbol will receive a multiplier value. If you break through multiple of your opponent’s hero symbols, the multiplier value is added together. The multiplier value is applied to all winning combinations that include expanded wilds.
Three or more FS scatter symbols trigger a round of the slot’s free spins feature. During the free spins round, the orange and blue teams will compete against each other to advance through the winning levels. To do this, the blue fist must punch the orange hero and vice versa. Each time a team lands a punch, that team gains 1 Epic Drop respin. When this happens, a random number of fist symbols will land on the reels.

The number of fists that land during an Epic Drop respin depends on your win level. At level 3, at least 3 fists will drop. At level 4, 4 or more fists will drop. At level 5, only 5 fists drop. However, any fists that fall during an Epic Drop do not count towards your team’s victory level.
Free spins can also be partially re-triggered. 2 scatter symbols add 2 extra spins and 3 scatter symbols add 4 extra spins.

There is so much thought put into just that element. Plus, I didn’t pay much attention to the rest of the slot either. It’s a beautiful mix of nostalgia, fantastic graphics, and engaging bonus features. I give this a 10 out of 10.
