This year is going well, the cherry blossoms have fallen, devcon It’s coming fast!
As announced on the Ethereal stage last month, Devcon will return to Asia in 2019. We hope you’ll join us at Devcon this October 8th – 11th in Osaka, Japan!
Without further delay, we are excited to reveal new details about this year’s gathering.

The first sale of Devcon tickets* will begin online in mid-July, with exact dates and times announced at least seven days in advance.
Applications for speaker, scholarship, builder and student discounts are reviewed on a rolling basis. We will process as many tickets as we can before the first ticketing session, but if you have not been notified by the time ticketing opens, we encourage you to purchase a ticket to ensure you can attend. If your free or discounted ticket is later approved, the difference will be refunded.

For aspiring presenters: You can now apply for lectures, workshops, and breakout sessions. For people who want to present on stages of all shapes and sizes.

We are also proud to announce that the Devcon venue will be the ATC Hall in Osaka. The hall is a beautiful, modern venue with indoor and outdoor space, a direct train stop for quick city access and views of the quay (for sea excursions). between us) and on-site food and shopping!
Devcon is the only event run by the Ethereum Foundation, and our team takes great pride in bringing together an amazing and always-growing global community each year. We hope this year’s Devcon will be the best event ever.
