“The parties do not dispute that to succeed on their claims, the SEC only needs to prove that at least one of these 13 crypto assets was being offered and sold as a security and that Coinbase brokered the transactions related thereto. Cryptocurrency assets are equivalent to operating an unregistered exchange, broker or clearing agency,” the order said.
