Seller Dashboard

improvement

  • Travel rule flows now appear for refunds and are required for transactions with other VASPs for amounts exceeding the $1,000 equivalent.
  • The Reload Invoice button has been removed from the Invoice menu. All invoice data will now be updated automatically.
  • Tooltips explaining various payment methods have been added to the Invoices and Payments menu.
  • Updated event names when exporting automatic conversion history to CSV.
  • Guatemalan Quetzal and Honduran Lempira FIAT currencies have been added to the dashboard. You can now select FIAT as your preferred currency for displaying all monetary data in your dashboard and as your default currency for generating invoices.
  • The wallet placeholder icon was set to 8 to prevent the icon from going off the scroll level.
  • The date filter in the Invoices & Payments menu now offers more preset options, including last week, last month, and last 3 months.
  • Added explanatory text to the Payments -> Disconnected Deposits menu that provides information about disconnected deposits and a link to the knowledge base.
  • Price amounts entered into the Manual Invoice Generator in the Invoices menu now automatically update their format to make them easier to read.
  • Clicking outside the modal no longer closes the modal.
  • We’ve updated the design of the Payment Method column in Payments and added a Channel field to display eCommerce or POS invoices.
  • Accounts without 2FA setup will no longer be able to access the Merchant Dashboard.

  • We fixed an issue that resulted in unexpected results while searching in the Payments menu and expanded search features. You can now search for payments using the following criteria:
    • Order ID – exact match
    • Invoice ID – exact match
    • Customer Name – Partial Match
    • Customer Email – Partial Match
    • Deposit/Ledger ID – exact match
    • Transaction Hash – Exact Match
  • We fixed an issue that resulted in unexpected behavior when hovering over the feedback button.
  • Fixed a design issue with expired invoice details having an expiration logo.
  • Fixed an issue with the Refunded logo design in the Invoice Details menu.
  • Fixed the height of the “Mark as…” dropdown in the Invoice Details menu.
  • Fixed an issue where channel filters would appear in the disconnected deposit menu if they were previously selected in the payments menu.
  • Fixed an issue where their values ​​were calculated incorrectly for various FIAT currencies.
  • Fixed an error message that would display incorrect and irrelevant information when trying to create an invoice that exceeded the customer daily limit.
