We are pleased to announce that applications are now open for the fifth cohort of the Ethereum Protocol Fellowship (EPF5).
EPF provides a path for aspiring protocol contributors to make meaningful contributions to Ethereum. In each cohort, a diverse group comes together to achieve the following goals: Advances in Ethereum technology During communion. This includes everything from developing client implementations, testing and specifications, and participating in the latest core protocol research.
The program provides fellows with a unique opportunity to collaborate with other talented individuals, connect with current Ethereum core developers and fellow peers, and make a significant impact on the Ethereum ecosystem.
EPF is an unlicensed program. Anyone can participate, with the same access and support provided to selected fellows. A portion of the salary budget is allocated to compensating active unauthorized participants.

- Applications accepted until May 26, 2024 – Apply here
- The fifth cohort will run from June to November 2024, with two offline events. EthCC Brussels and devcon in Southeast Asia
- Participants will have access to mentors from the core development community.
- Selected participants will be provided with a monthly stipend to help them focus on the program.
