Highlights from Cronos (CRO) Accelerator Demo Day
As the third cohort of the Cronos accelerator concludes, the $100 million-funded program has showcased some of the most promising early-stage crypto projects built on the Cronos platform. According to a post on the Cronos blog, these projects were provided with networking, mentoring and funding opportunities.
The third cohort saw a 57% increase in applicants compared to the previous cohort. From the applicants, Cronos Labs shortlisted seven ambitious projects, five of which were presented at a recent Demo Day. These include LILLIUS, Innerworks, Securd, Reax, and Newwit.
Pay attention to startups
LILLIUS is a pioneering platform that combines the thrill of sports training and gaming through advanced AI motion detection. Personalized workouts and real-time feedback make daily training not only rewarding but also downright enjoyable.
Innerworks is revolutionizing digital authentication through innovative use of AI and blockchain technology. Provides new methods for bot detection and seamless authentication, eliminating the need for CAPTCHA and two-factor authentication.
Securd, a next-generation lending protocol, is designed to provide secure passive income to asset holders. Leverage collateralized positions in DeFi to minimize liquidation risk and tailor market risk to investor profiles.
Reax is pioneering the DeFi environment through its cross-chain synthesis protocol. It provides access to over 500 real-world assets, including cryptocurrencies, forex, stocks, and commodities, facilitating a variety of DeFi derivatives.
Newwit is a groundbreaking Web3 application that gamifies the prediction process, allowing users to predict outcomes in various fields such as cryptocurrency, sports, and more. Reward users for insights that help train sophisticated AI prediction models.
