“He said he would be the cryptocurrency president,” Trevor Trainna, a San Francisco-based technology executive and former U.S. ambassador to Austria under President Trump, told Reuters.
President Trump’s strong pro-crypto stance was further emphasized at the event, touting the importance of cryptocurrencies and emphasizing that he is very supportive of the sector, Republican National Committee member Harmeet Dhillon told Reuters.
