This move is seen as a major step forward for the web3 gaming industry.
MARBLEX Chooses Immutable for Web3 Games in Korea
Netmarble, a leading mobile gaming company with a market cap of $3 billion, has chosen Immutable’s zkEVM platform for its MARBLEX gaming platform and three live titles. These titles include:
- I am not: Cross World: An MMORPG that fuses reality and fantasy worlds with stunning 3D graphics.

A new game based on Immutable
Immutable has seen tremendous growth, signing over 150 new games in the first half of 2024, surpassing the total number of games signed in 2023. This brings the total number of fully funded games on the platform to over 380.
Recent additions include:
Hockey Stick Growth for Immutable zkEVM
Launched earlier this year, Immutable zkEVM has already seen a surge in monthly active users, approaching 2 million. This growth is driven by the initial 1% of Immutable’s game pipeline and the Main Quest rewards program, the largest of its kind for a web3 game.
Immutable Passport wallet sign-ups have also surged, growing from 1 million last month to nearly 1.5 million.
$IMX Protocol Subsidy Update
Immutable continues to support developers through the $IMX Protocol Grants program. These grants are targeted at developers who bring significant volume to the Immutable platform, with tokens awarded upon achieving volume milestones. This program aligns long-term incentives for developers and Immutable.
$IMX for Protocol Grants is issued by a subsidiary of the Digital Worlds Foundation. Immutable is not the issuer of $IMX. Immutable holds approximately 25% of the $IMX tokens issued by the Foundation.
The best is yet to come
As Immutable continues its rapid growth, the company is poised to disrupt the $200 billion gaming industry. With record-breaking adoption, groundbreaking partnerships, and a thriving developer community, Immutable is building the future of web3 gaming.
