ElevenLabs has released Turbo v2.5, which provides low-latency text-to-speech in 32 languages, and adds new support for Vietnamese, Hungarian, and Norwegian.

Improved speed and language support
The Turbo v2.5 model has tripled the processing speed for languages such as Hindi, French, Spanish, and Chinese. This update aims to provide high-quality, low-latency conversational AI capabilities to approximately 80% of the world’s population. In particular, the model now supports Vietnamese, Hungarian, and Norwegian for the first time, and English processing speed has been improved by 25%.
Broader applications and accessibility
Turbo v2.5 allows users to create premium AI voices using ElevenLabs’ character AI voice generator and generate TTS voice narration in minutes. The platform supports converting text to MP3 in 29 languages and offers over 100 unique voices. This upgrade is expected to benefit a wide range of applications, from personal use to enterprise-level deployments.
