US Spot Bitcoin ETF Records $50 Million Inflows, Ether ETF Returns to Positive Flows

The 12 U.S. spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) reported combined daily net inflows of $50.64 million on Thursday, while the spot Ether ETF returned with net inflows of $26.75 million.

Mini Trust, which started trading on Wednesday, attracted a net inflow of $191.13 million yesterday. data SoSoValue followed with BlackRock’s IBIT, which recorded an inflow of $25.9 million.

The inflows were offset by net outflows from five US funds, including Grayscale’s GBTC, which saw $71.33 million flow out of the fund on Thursday. Fidelity’s FBTC recorded a net outflow of $48.4 million, while Ark Invest and 21Shares’ ARKB recorded $22.42 million in outflows. Bitwise and VanEck’s funds also recorded net outflows, while the remaining five funds from issuers such as Valkyrie reported no inflows yesterday.

The total daily volume of the 12 Bitcoin ETFs on Thursday was about $2.91 billion, compared to $1.37 billion on Wednesday. Spot Bitcoin products have accumulated a total net inflow of $17.74 billion since January.

The two largest spot Bitcoin ETFs (BlackRock’s IBIT and Grayscale’s GBTC) both fell about 3% on Thursday. The Block’s Bitcoin ETF Tracker.

Ether ETF Inflows Back

Meanwhile, the nine US spot Ethereum ETFs recorded net inflows of $26.75 million yesterday, reversing Wednesday’s net outflows of $77 million.

Inflows were led by BlackRock’s ETHA, which recorded a net inflow of $89.65 million. Fidelity’s ether fund recorded a net inflow of $11.7 million, while Bitwise’s ETHW recorded $3.35 million.

According to SoSoValue data, Grayscale’s ETHE recorded a daily net outflow of $77.95 million on Thursday, offsetting the heavy inflows.

The Ethereum fund recorded a total volume of $331.11 million on Thursday, representing a decline in volume since its initial launch on July 23, when it traded around $1.11 billion.
