Employee-Focused Initiatives

This feedback mechanism allows companies to address issues ranging from benefits to workplace amenities.
NVIDIA has also introduced ‘Free Days’, which allows the entire company to take two days off each quarter. The scheme is complemented by on-site counseling services and careers weeks designed to help employees explore internal career opportunities.
