Binance has unveiled Binance Wallet, a new version of its exchange wallet. The new wallet features upgraded features including an integrated wallet, revamped airdrop zone, and new interface.
In a notice posted on December 9, Binance renamed the existing Binance Web3 Wallet to Binance Wallet. This is a new upgraded version that promises to make your web3 experience even smoother through a series of new updates that will be rolled out in multiple stages.
This batch of upgrades highlights a “seamless” theme designed to make the platform easier to navigate with features that enhance asset management, streamline airdrop access, and improve the overall user experience.
“The revamped Binance Wallet is designed to accelerate this transition by providing intuitive tools that simplify the decentralized experience and provide a seamless way for everyone to explore and benefit from Web3,” said Binance Wallet’s global statement. leader Winson Liu said in a press release.
The first update is the Unified Wallet, which compiles various cryptocurrencies from multiple wallets and networks into one interface that supports a wide range of chains, making asset management easier for users.
This way, users don’t have to juggle between multiple wallets. Additionally, this feature provides users with a complete overview of their entire portfolio within a single integrated dashboard. Integrated wallets also make sending and receiving tokens easier by only displaying relevant wallet and chain combinations that hold funds.
The second upgrade is an improved Airdrop Zone and Rewards Center. Binance Wallet offers users exclusive airdrops, giving them early access to tokens from upcoming web3 projects. Airdrop Zone also uses a reward mechanism that operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
The wallet’s new Rewards Center compiles all airdrop status and pending rewards into a hub where users can track everything in one place.
Along with this upgrade, Binance plans to launch the Airdrop Carnival event starting December 10th. Airdrop Carnival is a multi-week event offering an airdrop of $5 million worth of tokens from upcoming Web3 projects.
Lastly, Binance Wallet also comes with a new user interface layout that incorporates pop art elements and 2D illustrations. The new user interface is designed to make the app easier to navigate.
