Conflux (CFX), a public blockchain network designed to facilitate cross-border data and application exchange, announced the launch of its bug bounty program. Launched on January 15, 2025, the initiative aims to improve user experience by inviting community members to report issues and suggest improvements. The program will run until February 15, 2025, according to Conflux Forum.
Scope of the bug bounty program
The program is structured to address multiple concerns within the Conflux ecosystem. Participants are encouraged to report product experience issues, such as functional anomalies in tools such as Fluent Wallet and Conflux Scan, as well as information inaccuracies on official platforms, including websites and social media channels. Additionally, inaccuracies on partner platforms, such as incorrect logos or descriptions, are within the scope of the program.
Rewards and Participation
Conflux offers tiered rewards for reported issues. Simple bugs or suggestions are rewarded with 10 CFX, while more complex bugs, including security vulnerabilities, can earn 100 to 500 CFX. Compensation will be determined by the technical committee and based on the severity and impact of the issue.
To participate, individuals must submit a detailed report through an online form. Required information includes a description of the bug, the environment in which the bug was discovered, steps to reproduce the bug, and supported by evidence such as screenshots or videos.
Timeline and notes
The bug bounty program ends on February 15, 2025, and reviews will be completed within 10 business days of the event. Compensation will be paid within 15 business days. Submissions must be original, verifiable, and detailed as the Technical Committee holds the final interpretation of the program.
Conflux emphasizes the importance of community feedback in co-creating a strong ecosystem. By participating in the bug bounty program, community members can significantly contribute to the development and integrity of the network.
