As an important event for the render network community, the first weekly AMA session starring AI Scouts was held this week, which informed the beginning of the series designed to promote participation and innovation within the network. According to Render Network, this session gathered in one place to discuss the intersections of artificial intelligence, blockchain and creative industries.
AI scout introduction
The session was conducted by Render Network’s Communication Officer Andrew Hyde, and AI Scouts Paul Roales, Danny Newman and Nate Solomon shared their experiences and insights. The discussion emphasizes the background of AI and utilizes Render’s decentralized computing performance for the next -generation AI tool.
Paul Roales, a pioneer of creative projects and machine learning integration, shared the journey from developing LED arts to contributing to Waymo’s autonomous vehicle technology. His current focus is to explore Render’s new integration and develop research papers on AI development.
Danny Newman, with its expertise in the location intelligence and interactive AI sectors, discussed the potential of Render GPU infrastructure for tasks such as image recognition and creation workflow. His ambitions are to lower the barriers of 3D/VFX creators and strengthen their project capabilities.
Nate Solomon emphasized the innovative characteristics of AI in programming, explaining how tools such as CHATGPT improved their development technology. He aims to lead the innovation of the AI and blockchain projects by promoting the integration between Render and Solana developers.
Highlight
Overall AMA, AI Scouts explained some initiatives and goals to increase AI integration within the render network. Paul Roales focuses on connecting the creative community and the AI community, mentioning what will soon be announced in Rendercon 2025. Danny Newman emphasized the necessity of expanding the render infrastructure to support various AI use cases.
The main use cases discussed include not only AI training and reasoning, but also Overflow computing for AI, which allows companies to offload Render’s GPU network. The discussion also discussed the importance of simplification of the onboarding process for partnerships and developers.
Participation in community and future plans
The Render Community actively participated in providing feedback suggestions to improve the interface of the scouts to a wider ecosystem. The idea included improving the onboard interface of the Solana project and providing technical support for subsidies.
In the future, the render network will hold events such as AMA and Rendercon 2025 every week to show the potential of the network and expand the function beyond rendering. Efforts are also trying to find partnerships with large AI companies and solar and developers.
The following AMA session is scheduled for January 29 and promises more updates and insights in AI scouts.
