The core development of Ethereum is to improve the expansion performance efficiency by focusing on the Mainnet deployment and upgrade of the upgrade of the PECTRA Upgrade.

Ether Leeum’s core development team is actively working on some important upgrades as the PECTRA and Fusaka updates are focused on. According to the Ethereum Foundation, these improvements are aimed at strengthening the efficiency and scalability of the network.

PECTRA upgrade

The PECTRA upgrade will be broadcast live on the main net on May 7, 2025. This follows the successful deployment of Hoodi, Ether Lee’s long -term test net. The upgrade introduces multiple functions, including process officialization, accident responses, and composition standardization, and has been developed according to previous upgrade issues. In particular, PECTRA represents an important milestone because it becomes the most extensive fork in Etherrium history, including many Etherrium improvement proposals (EIPs).

History expiration and test

Along with PECTRA, Ethereum implements a history expiration, allowing customers to stop storing previous records to reduce hardware and network demands. This feature that does not require hard fork is set to be supported by the SEPOLIA network by May 1 and is expected to support Mainnet immediately after the PECTRA upgrade.

Fast upgrade

Following the PECTRA, the focus is on the Fusaka upgrade with the peerdas function. PEERDAS allows you to sampling how to verify data, reduce bandwidth and storage requirements, and improve scalability. The test stage of the fusaka upgrade is in progress, and multiple devnets are completed and additional tests are scheduled before the Mainnet launch.

Improvement and future prospects

The Fusaka upgrade plans to introduce the BPO (Blob Parameter Only) fork in addition to peerdas, which aims to facilitate the pre -configured blobs of blobs between hard forks. This feature has gained extensive support for the potential to accelerate the scalability. However, the EOF (Ethereum Object) upgrade, which was first considered for fusaka, was delayed due to opinions on implementation complexity.

Process improvement

Ether Leeum’s core development process is undergoing significant changes in order to increase efficiency. This includes better parallelization of upgrades, dividing all core developers (ACDs) with separate tests and scope scope sessions, and setting up a new currency series for long -term research goals. This adjustment aims to simplify the upgrade process and encourage discussions more concentrated than developers.

Overall, Ether Leeum’s core development is developing into a new momentum due to the strong roadmap and cooperation efforts between developers, researchers and network stakeholders. Successful implementation of these upgrades is expected to greatly improve the network function and scalability of Ether Leeum.
