Ether Lee is standing at the pivotal moment. Interest in Ether Lee has brought over daily users who pursue companies, government and practical solutions and practical benefits beyond technicians and lovers. The Etherrium ecosystem is adapting to meet these demands, and the Ether Leeum Foundation is ready to play.
As summarized Ether Leeum Foundation’s recent vision statementWe have two main goals.
- Maximize the number of people who use Etherrium (direct indirectly) in a way that benefits from the basic value of Ether Leeum.
- Maximize the elasticity of Ether Leeum’s technology and social infrastructure.
ECOSYSTEM Development (Ecosystem Development) is a team that helps to achieve these goals at the ecosystem or social level, not the technology level. The team removes bottlenecks to actually use bottlenecks, and users board Ether Leeum, support the Etherrium community around the world, provide subsidy funds, and manage the ecosystem to help Etherrium maintain flexible and human center.
We are expanding and reconstructing EcodeV’s efforts to focus on four major areas to achieve these goals better.
Ecosystem acceleration
We want to help acceleration Ecosystem growth rate by working closely with developers, founders, app teams and companies who want to use Ethereum.
We are creating four new teams to affect these major adoption pipelines.
- Enterprise relationship: Clear resources and guidelines adjusted to the business that adopts Ether Leeum.
- Developer Growth: Participate, guide and support the next -generation building companies in Ether Leeum.
- App relationship and research: It is meaningful and accelerates the Ether Leeum application for the user.
- Founder Success: Provided by non -financial support, feedback, introduction, operating expertise and mentoring.
The team includes a long EF member who works in this field (e.g. Austin Griffith in developer growth) and new employees to expand technology.
The core of Ecodev acceleration is to cooperate with existing networks and community members. Etherium has a deep ecosystem of individuals and organizations that support founders, developers, apps and companies, including L2, accelerators, community events, hackerton organizers, investors, and educators.
Ecosystem amplification
Other teams will help Further Our acceleration efforts and the influence of Ecodev work carried out by the community.
The team operates target events to understand and track how the ecosystem grows, and support strategic priorities, use various forms of media to educate and speak important stories about Ether Leeum, and use new tools and AI to add more leverage to all tasks.
The team is the evolution of the existing team in the EF, except for the new Ecodev automation.
- Digital Studio (officially Ethereum.org team): Our innovation and storytelling engine, story -rich content, videos, publications and unique visualization shows the potential of Ether Leeum. Ethereum.org will be one of the many projects developed by this team.
- Strategic Event: Target event design from small meetings to niche meets a day meeting.
- Ether Leeum anywhere: One team is a team that focuses on expanding local communities and herb expansion (the team name is still WIP)
- ECODEV automation: Intelligent automation and AI -centered tools enhance internal work so that the team can achieve more effectively.
Devcon/NECT It will continue as a team that focuses on throwing a large -scale annual event for Etherrium ecosystems such as Devcon and Devconnect, but it will not be integrated into the new Ecodev structure and work directly under the management team.
Ecosystem support
We will continue to hold three teams that can adjust the finance necessary for the initiative and to concentrate on the increase in non -financial support throughout Etherum Ecosystem.
- ESP/subsidy support: Our subsidy program will have significant changes by emphasizing the more targeted applications and non -reliable support. The team will support the EF team through the subsidy initiative, review some subsidies, and manage relationships with women.
- Strategic funding initiative: An important public goods organization co -fund that benefits the extensive Ether Leeum ecosystem.
- Lunch pad: Organizations with operational design, sustainable financing, governance and other tasks. Launchpad supports spin out of EF, Women or other ecosystems that can be helped.
Long -term ecosystem blocking
We will also continue the flow of long -term work to eliminate adoption obstacles from all over the world. It consists of another stream, including:
- Policy adjustment: Monitor the global problems related to Etherum ecosystem, identify the risks and opportunities that EF can support, and cooperate with the world’s policy organizations to encourage the positive results of Ether Leeum.
