Free bitcoin.in app withdrawal request My satoshi

I withdraws free bitcoin to 0.003, and 0.0053 withdraws SATs from the free Bitco.in app to my BINOS through the withdrawal, but the withdrawal request is still withdrawn even after a month. Anyone know why I will withdraw.
