Valor Introduces Regulated FLOKI Investment Vehicle to Spotlight Stock Market
Valor has entered the regulated European market by launching the first exchange-traded product (ETP) linked to the Floki cryptocurrency.
Named Valor Floki SEK, it is listed on Sweden’s Spotlight Stock Market and allows both retail and institutional investors to gain exposure to FLOKI through a secure and regulated structure. This is the first ETP linked to the BNB Chain project outside of Binance’s own token.
Valor Floki SEK tracks the FLOKI token, which provides a variety of functionality within the Floki network, including payments, staking, governance, and access to services such as the decentralized finance platform, the Valhalla NFT game metaverse, and the University of Floki education platform. FLOKI is listed on major global exchanges including Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, and Bitstamp.
This certificate is issued by Valor Inc, has no expiration date and is subject to a 1.9% administration fee. It is currently trading against the Swedish Krona at a price of 16.33 SEK and is available on leading brokerages such as Avanza, Nordnet, comdirect, ING, Scalable Capital, Degiro and justTRADE. Current assets under management total 100,000 SEK.
Valor said its ETP product is fully hedged by the corresponding digital assets held by licensors such as Copper. The Company’s base prospectus has been approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority and complies with European Union standards for regulated financial instruments.
Floki’s development team said the listing marks a step toward broader adoption by making the token available to more retail and institutional investors through regulated investment channels.
