Alpen Labs looks to use $10.6 million in funding to expand Bitcoin with zero-knowledge proofs.

Zero-knowledge technology allows data to be safely and quickly transferred between parties and is used to scale blockchains through rollups. Rollups are networks that work with blockchains and bundle transactions and then settle them on the main network, theoretically improving speed and reducing costs.
