Every year, the Etherum Ecosystem welcomes thousands of builders through community events, hacker tones, courses, boot camps and campus clubs. However, many new immigrants are trying to continue to participate as they have difficulties in securing structured early career opportunities. The Ether Leeum season of the internships creates an internship opportunity collection that is adjusted throughout the ecosystem to solve this conservation gap.
What is the Ether Leeum season of internships?
The Ether Leeum Internship Season offers a full summer internship of paid summer internships throughout the Etherum ecosystem. This initiative creates a path where next -generation contributors can connect with Etherrium projects and apply various technologies such as development, research, design, marketing, finance, and law.
Our long -term vision is to build a sustainable pipeline that turns Ether Leeum into an increasingly welcoming space for new talents and converts new immigrants into devoted long -term contributors.
Internship structure
- continue: 12 weeks (August 2025 -October)
- eligibility: Especially open to early early experts and students
- Host Organization: Ether Leeum Ecosystem
- compensation: Paid opportunity. The charge decision and provided by the host (for non -profit hosts, small financial support; learn more about the form of subscription).
- pliability: You can use both full time and part -time positions
Are you interested in hosting interns this summer?
The hosting team can not only be connected to passionate talents (ie, potential future employees), but also experiment with a lighter way to participate in a new contributor to the project. By joining forces, we can increase the visibility of internship opportunities and attract more people.
To be qualified, the team must do the following:
- Actively contribute to Etherrium ecosystem (L2S, infrastructure, research, tooling, application, etc.).
- Adjustment with Ether Leeum’s core values: decentralization, censorship resistance, open source innovation, personal information and security
- Keep an open source project that an intern can work
- Provide a clearly defined project or work as a result of specific learning
- There are at least five full -time contribution members with more than one mentor.
- It is not the current participant of EPF (Ethereum Protocol Fellowship).
As a host, your team is in charge of:
- An internship and selection date that matches project and mentoring capabilities (selection deadline: mid -July)
- Establish an official contract with the selected intern
- 12 weeks paid internship management (August -October 2025)
- Provides consistent support and mentoring throughout the program
- Document and share experiences that will help to improve future repetitions
