According to Animoca Brands, the investment will be executed through a Simple Agreement for Future Equity (SAFE).

Under the leadership of CEO Luca Schnetzler, Pudgy Penguins has pioneered connecting Web3 intellectual property to tangible consumer products. Partnership with Igloo Co., Ltd.
Igloo, Inc., which owns Cube Labs, recently embarked on a strategic initiative to enhance Abstract, the Ethereum Layer 2 network. The network is designed to provide a scalable, secure, and consumer-centric platform for cryptocurrency applications.
