According to Bloomberg News, Binance Holdings Ltd. formed its first board of directors in a year marked by change and turmoil.
The Board of Directors consists of seven members, including CEO Richard Teng and three company executives: Heina Chen, Jinkai He, and Lilai Wang. There are three external members: Gabriel Abed, Arnaud Ventura, and Xin Wang. bloomberg.
According to LinkedIn, Abed was previously Barbados’ ambassador to the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait, where he resigned two months ago.
