BitMEX will be conducting scheduled system maintenance on its testnet and production platforms, affecting trading services on November 14th and 16th, respectively.
BitMEX, a prominent cryptocurrency exchange, has announced upcoming system maintenance that will impact its testnet and production platforms. According to BitMEX, maintenance is scheduled for November 14th on the testnet platform and November 16th on the production platform, both running from 02:00 to 07:00 UTC.
Impact on Transaction Services
During the maintenance period, the BitMEX platform will be unavailable and trading services will be suspended. This temporary outage is necessary to ensure the reliability and performance of the platform as necessary updates and improvements are made.
Regular inspection details
Maintenance on November 14 will focus on the testnet environment, which provides a testing ground where users can simulate trading without financial risk. The inspection, which will be held on November 16th, will be conducted on the production environment where actual transactions take place and users’ real assets are managed.
