BlackRock is deepening the firm’s foray into digital assets with the launch of a tokenized private equity fund with financial services firm Securitize.
The notice sets the fund’s estimated sales commission at $525,000, with no broker commissions reported. The notice does not specify a launch date for the asset manager’s latest product. Securitize Markets, a regulation-friendly digital asset platform based in Miami, is listed as conducting the sale.
Neither BlackRock nor Securitize was immediately available for comment.
