The BNB chain will celebrate its 4th anniversary with BNB Day on September 1, 2024, highlighting the community’s milestones and future Web3 ambitions.
The BNB chain will celebrate its 4th anniversary on September 1, 2024 with a series of events known as ‘BNB Day’. According to the BNB Chain blog, the celebration aims to highlight the community’s achievements and milestones achieved over the past four years.
Collaborate with the community
BNB Chain’s journey has been marked by the dedication and collaboration of a vibrant community since its inception. The shared vision has been to bring Web3 technology to the next billion users, a mission that continues to drive the platform’s goals.
BNB Day will be the focal point for these achievements, with activities designed to foster connection, learning, and fun among cryptocurrency enthusiasts, developers, and projects. The festivities will last for several weeks and include numerous events, prizes, and rewards.
Major Events and Activities
The central feature of this celebration is the BNB Chain Catalyst Awards, which recognizes outstanding projects within the BNB Chain ecosystem. This annual campaign aims to highlight innovation and hard work, and provide exposure to the best projects. Nominations are open until August 25, 2024, and more details can be found on the official announcement page.
Another highlight is the ‘BNB Day: 4YA Ecosystem Celebration’, which will run from 12:00 UTC on August 26, 2024 to 12:00 UTC on September 15, 2024. The event will feature campaigns, airdrops, giveaways, and special activities featuring various projects in the BNB Chain ecosystem. Participants will have the opportunity to mint special NFTs by participating in these projects.
In addition to these major events, the celebration will also include a global survey, social media campaign, and the release of a report detailing the BNB chain’s 4-year milestones and future roadmap. There will also be an exploration of the Mars program, a special 4YA video, and an AMA session.
