BTCC Mall is a scam cryptocurrency platform that claims to offer Bitcoin trading globally but is actually a fake site designed to bail out investors’ money.

The platform has been operating since 2011 and claims to be licensed in the US, Canada, and Europe.

However, they do not hold such a license and the domain name was only set up a few months ago in 2023 at the time of this writing.

Therefore, the claim on the homepage that BTCC Mall is “the world’s longest-running cryptocurrency exchange” is nonsense.

People who contacted me Cryptocurrency Advisor About this platform, they say they were encouraged to invest by someone they met online, but their accounts were frozen after a certain point.

The scammer asks for a hefty fee to release your money, but once you pay it, the scammer only asks for more fees and does not return the cash under any circumstances.

This platform is rudimentary at best and has many red flags that indicate it is a scam.

These include:

  • No licensing or regulatory information available.
  • There are no social media platforms associated with the site.
  • It’s a very basic, stereotypical platform with no features whatsoever.
  • Domain Authority (DA) Score 1 – The lowest possible score.
  • The claims on the website are clearly untrue.
  • There are several reports that the platform is a scam.

BTCC Mall is clearly a scam and you should not deposit your money there.

I got scammed at BTCC Mall, what should I do?

You should always report what happened to the authorities in your country and provide them with as much information as possible.

There are also private companies that can help, as I wrote here.

If you suspect a site is fake, contact us.
