Can you find Bitcoin on an old PC that hasn’t been used in years?

My dad has an old Windows PC that must have about 200 bitcoins from when bitcoin first appeared somewhere and I’m trying to help him find it but we don’t know where to look and he doesn’t know where to look. You can’t remember where it is. Is there any way to find it using USB or something else?
