The founder and CEO of ARK Invest, an investment management company, warns the public about the risk of trading Memecoins.
Cathie Wood said in a new interview with Bloomberg Crypto that Memecoins has been important to declare that it is not securities.
“What they essentially said is that we will not regulate them and the buyer must be careful. I think the message is great and clear from the regulators. ”
She says many Memecoins will eventually lose their value.
“What we think will happen is that there will be a slight reduction in some of the assets of this meme assets, and there is no such thing as losing money for people to learn.
Wood says that it is binding to be more valuable for leading password assets, but this is not for most Memecoins.
“Millions of memo coins will probably be worthless. When we talk about Bitcoin, Ether Leeum, Solar (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana), the case is multiplied and I think it will be very important for the next few years. Memecoins is not.”
Wood also shares her thoughts about whether President Donald Trump’s memes will be worthless.
“Memecoins will be the item of the collector -digital collector. Of course, some people can withstand the judgment of time and may be one of them, but when we talk about millions of notes, we know that it is too far, most people are not worth it. ”
