I expect to receive funds to my CEX.IO BTC and Ethereum wallet address. The sender is requesting that you sync the wallet address to which you want to send funds. Requested CEX.IO support for wallet synchronization. No answer so far. Are there any technical steps I can implement or run to sync my CEX.IO wallet?
