We are excited to announce the new Williams Racing Collectibles+ collection, Cosmos. Available exclusively to Grid Pass holders, this limited edition profile picture (PFP) will qualify you for the second annual Rear Wing Takeover Contest.
Cosmos Collection
We have airdropped 100,000 free digital collectibles from the Williams Racing Cosmos collection to Grid Pass holders. The collection was conceptualized and brought to life by DeGods and y00ts’ talented lead artist, Candy Apple.
The collection features over 130 unique traits across 10 character types, from cats to dragons to krakens, all integrated with iconic Williams Racing branding.
Rear Wing Takeover Contest
Cosmos owners will be able to add their PFP to the rear wing of their Williams Racing FW46 Challenger and have it on display at the 2024 Formula 1 Pirelli United States Grand Prix in Austin, Texas on October 20, 2024.
In partnership with Williams Racing, we will select 12 finalists. The global fan community will then vote for their favorite finalists, and the top six will be presented with Cosmos in Austin.
How to participate Contest
Preliminary round
Submit your entries for consideration (September 9, 2024 – September 15, 2024)
To enter your Cosmos into the top 12 finalists, first fill out the contest entry form. Kraken and Williams Racing will review all entries and narrow the field down to 12 competitors. These top 12 finalists will be announced at @krakenfx and @williamsracing X (Twitter) account on September 16, 2024.
Semi-final competition
Cosmos (Vote) Race (September 16, 2024 – September 21, 2024)
Six of the top 12 finalists will be chosen as winners. The power to choose the winners is yours, the community. Voting for your favorite contenders from the top 12 will take place from September 16, 2024 to September 21, 2024 on the Rear Wing Takeover website. The six digital collectibles that receive the most votes from the community will be eligible to be named in the Williams Racing FW46 Challenger.

What is a grid pass?
At the 2023 Formula 1 Lenovo United States Grand Prix, Williams Racing and Kraken have introduced the GRID Pass, an all-access digital collectible that gives passholders exclusive privileges. At the 2023 Formula 1 Lenovo United States Grand Prix, passholders competed to have their digital collectibles featured on the rear wing of Williams Racing’s F1 car during the live race for the world to see.
Leading up to the race, the community was activated through dozens of digital collection fandoms and over 1,000 individual submissions. After narrowing down the contenders, tens of thousands of votes were cast to select the winner.
Last year, Kraken hosted several Williams Racing Fan Zones, where fans who signed up for the Williams Racing Collectibles+ program used their Grid Pass to gain exclusive access to merchandise discounts, driver meetings and more.
