Improved search functionality

In a truly community-inspired upgrade, we’ve received feedback from several users that ethereum.org’s site search (which only lists results based on page title or header match) makes it difficult to find resources on specific topics. Even though there is content that covers the topic. On the spot.

We’ve launched a new search feature using Algolia that indexes all HTML on a page and provides results based on fuzzy matches in addition to exact and partial matches. This will greatly improve the discoverability of all guides, tools, and resources on our site.
