Mr. Han was repatriated to Korea last February, and Mr. Kwon was expected to follow. His Montenegrin lawyer, Goran Roddik, told CoinDesk that Kwon will likely be extradited to South Korea after March 23. However, Kwon’s final destination and schedule are unclear.
