dYdX founder Antonio Juliano is set to step down as CEO of the cryptocurrency platform.
Juliano shared his plans in an official blog post, detailing his transition to the position of Chairman and President of the company. His successor as CEO will be Ivo Crnkovic-Rubsamen, a former operating partner at dYdX.
“I realized I didn’t really need to run my own company. I am and will continue to be the founder of dYdX.”

The platform founder also emphasized his commitment to fostering the growth of his colleagues and developing leadership within the organization until a suitable successor emerges.
However, Juliano assured users that despite his departure, he still cares deeply about the future of dYdX. The founder expressed unwavering optimism about the company’s trajectory, emphasizing that dYdX’s journey is not yet over. After leaving the CEO position, Juliano will assume the role of Chairman and President of the company.
