Eden Games, a division of Animoca Brands, has announced Cosmic Royale, a blockchain-integrated party royale kart racing game as part of the Motorverse ecosystem.
Eden Games Introduces Cosmic Royale
Eden Games, a game development studio owned by Animoca Brands and known for legendary racing titles like Gear.Club and V-Rally, has announced the launch of Cosmic Royale, a new Web3 party royale kart racing game. This announcement marks the studio’s first fully blockchain-integrated project.
Cosmic Royale is part of Animoca Brands’ Motorverse, a global ecosystem centered around digital car ownership, racing games, and motorsports culture. The game is brought to you by Mocaverse and will serve as a pilot game experience for Mocaverse’s new social gamification platform, Cosmic Club.
Gameplay and Features
Cosmic Royale offers an exciting gameplay experience featuring 40-player matches over multiple rounds of racing and obstacle exploration, culminating in a survival finale. The core gameplay revolves around the Cosmic Tournament, a one-on-one multiplayer event where players compete to be the last racer standing.
The game promises to offer a unique experience as players race through multiple rounds, qualifying for successive races until only one competitor remains. Moca NFT holders can integrate their unique NFTs into the game to use as personalized kart drivers and unlock special karts and parts.
Exclusive Access and Rewards
Anyone with a Moca ID will get exclusive beta access to Cosmic Royale and can earn Realm Points (RP) by playing the game. These points will qualify for airdrops of MOCA Coins if other criteria are met. Players can also use RP on the Cosmic Club website to participate in special daily leaderboards with even more RP rewards.

Future releases
While the beta version of Cosmic Royale is only available to Moca NFT and ID holders, the full release version of the game will be available for free to all players on the Epic Games Store in Q4 2024. This inclusive approach ensures that players do not need any specific NFTs or fungible tokens to participate.
