ElevenLabs has introduced new pricing plans that benefit both self-service and enterprise customers, reducing prices by 50% on Turbo V2 and V2.5 models.

According to ElevenLabs, ElevenLabs has announced significant price reductions on Turbo V2 and V2.5 models, offering up to 50% off on both self-service and enterprise plans. This move is part of the company’s initiative to pass on cost savings to customers while maintaining high quality and performance standards.

More content, lower cost: Turbo models are 50% cheaper.

Known for their ultra-low latency and high-quality audio, the Turbo V2 and V2.5 models are now available at half the previous price. This price reduction applies to all self-service plans, making it more affordable for users to create content.

For self-service plans, the Turbo model is now priced at 0.5 credit per text character for text-to-speech services. Users can scale up to $50 per million characters on an annual plan. Enterprise plans, on the other hand, range from 0.5 to 1 credit per text character, based on existing volume-based discounts specified in the contract. For large enterprise customers, the cost can drop to as low as $15 per million characters.

It is important to note that these discounts only apply to Turbo models. Pricing for V1 English, V1 Multilingual, and V2 Multilingual models will remain unchanged at 1 credit per text character.

Introducing the new scale plan

In addition to the price reduction, ElevenLabs has introduced new Scale plans designed to support users’ growth. Scalability And with savings in mind, our new annual Scale plan includes:

  • Everything about the Pro plan
  • 11 million credits per month
  • 3 personal voice clones
  • Turbo $50 per million characters
  • Priority support
  • Price: $1,100 per month

Customers on previous Scale plans will continue to benefit from the new Turbo pricing, and the remaining pricing plans will remain unchanged.

Market Impact and Customer Reaction

ElevenLabs’ decision to lower prices and introduce new plans is expected to make its service more accessible to a wider range of users, from small businesses to large enterprises. The price reduction is especially important for customers who rely heavily on text-to-speech technology for applications such as conversational AI and other high-demand uses.

ElevenLabs is targeting growing businesses that need extensive content creation capabilities with the introduction of the Scale plan. The new plan features, including priority support and personal voice clones, are designed to provide additional value to users who are scaling their operations.

This strategic move by ElevenLabs reflects a broader trend in the AI industry, where companies are increasingly focusing on affordability and scalability to attract and retain customers. By lowering costs and improving service delivery, ElevenLabs is positioning itself as a competitive player in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
