According to immutable.com, Immutable (IMX) has announced a strategic partnership with MARBLEX to integrate AAA games into the Immutable zkEVM platform. This collaboration aims to revolutionize Web3 gaming by combining traditional gaming experiences with blockchain technology.
MARBLEX game switching to immutable zkEVM
MARBLEX, based in South Korea, is known for its significant gaming community, with more than two-thirds of the population participating in its games. As part of this partnership, MARBLEX’s core gaming apps and tokens will be hosted on Immutable zkEVM, joining the more than 330 titles already on the platform.
Popular Netmarble titles such as: I’m not afraid: Cross World, A3: Still aliveand Meta World: My City Migrated to Immutable zkEVM. These games are expected to leverage the power of blockchain to enhance user experience by providing ownership and potential monetization of in-game assets.

This initiative will help developers navigate the complexities of Web3 infrastructure, ensuring a smoother transition and faster time to market.
