According to Microsoft News, this collaboration aims to create a creation AI ecosystem that accelerates cosmetic trends, marketing assets and research processes.

The company is building a powerful AI infrastructure using Microsoft 365 Copilot along with the Azure Openai service and Azure AI search. In particular, this system, characterized by Consumeriq, can enhance the ability to quickly respond to the company’s market shift by allowing employees to access and analyze consumer data efficiently.
With Consumeriq, a tool developed within Copilot Studio, Estée Lauder allows you to use a wide range of consumer data by surveys, clinical trials and products.
