EPF (ETHEREUM Protocol Fellowship) ends the fifth cohort to emphasize significant contributions to the Etherum ecosystem and prepare the sixth cohort.
The ETHEREUM Protocol Fellowship (EPF) showed another milestone in the mission to improve the Etherum ecosystem by successfully finishing the fifth cohort known as the research group 2025. According to Ethereum’s official blog, the completion of the cohort showed the achievements of various fellow groups with Ethereum Core Development for five months with EPF Day with EPF Day in Bangkok’s Devcon.
Program highlights and innovation
The latest cohort has seen some major changes in improving socialism. In particular, the program period was extended from 4 months to 5 months, allowing participants to improve this project. In addition, Cohort had a 10 -week protocol research group, which provided participants with a basic understanding of the Etherrium protocol, which made the boarding process softer.
The EPF Day was held twice for the cohort, and the program began during the ETHCC in Brussels and was re -held in Devcon, Bangkok. The event provided colleagues with the opportunity to announce the project and interact with colleagues and mentors.
Participant participation and project
Of the more than 300 applications received in May 2024, 20 participants were salized to carry out core R & D projects. Additional 25 participants joined this program without permission and created a total of 30 active colleagues until the end of the Cohort. More than 500 updates per week have been submitted to reflect the dynamic and productive participation of the participants.
Fellows has contributed to various projects in cooperation with mentors from major customers and research teams such as Grandine, Prysm, and Lighthouse. The project not only provided valuable learning experiences, but also contributed to the Etherum ecosystem.
Resources and future prospects
Program resources, including development updates and project proposals, are provided in the EPF5 repository. All projects and resources are open sources and create a collaboration environment for continuous research and development of the Ether Leeum community.
In the future, the Protocol Research Group will continue to provide two weeks of intensive two -week sessions and provide six -week new lectures of core developers. This initiative aims to provide a comprehensive curriculum for those interested in Ether Lee’s core protocol.
The sixth cohort coming up
The Ether Lee Rim Protocol Fellowship is preparing the sixth cohort, the application will be opened at the end of April and the cohort will begin in June. Preliminary participants are recommended to join the EPF Mail Linglist to receive notifications and updates.
It is recommended that an individual who is interested in participating while looking forward to the next cohort is to improve his understanding of the Etherrium protocol, contribute to the open source project, and consider the potential project ideas they want to pursue.
