London, UK, May 10, 2024, Chainwire
Kintsu, a leading innovator in the DeFi space, is excited to announce the launch of its highly anticipated testnet on May 13th. This exclusive event invites a select group, including Kintsu OG, to pioneer a new era of liquid staking on the cutting-edge Aleph Zero blockchain.
Aleph Zero is a permissionless layer 1 blockchain that combines Proof of Stake (PoS) consensus mechanism and Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG) for scalability, security, and efficiency. Advanced privacy features include zero-knowledge proof (ZK-SNARK) and secure multi-party computation (sMPC) within the Liminal privacy layer.
About Kintsu

By leveraging Aleph Zero’s cutting-edge security and unmatched transaction speeds, Kintsu offers unparalleled flexibility and efficiency in liquid staking.
As a beneficiary of the Aleph Zero ecosystem funding program, Kintsu is recognized as a pioneer in the Aleph Zero, INK, and Substrate ecosystems. With a focus on decentralization and security, Kintsu aims to redefine liquid staking, providing DeFi users with an efficient, scalable, liquid, and configurable staking solution.
Key features of Kintsu testnet
– Exclusive Early Access: Select groups, including Kintsu OG, will have the opportunity to participate first and provide intensive feedback to iteratively improve the platform.
– Seamless staking process: Users can easily stake their tokens and allocate them to carefully selected validators for optimal security and efficiency.
– Innovative unstaking and batching process: Unstaking requests are collected for 48 hours before being batched, followed by a standard 14-day unbonding period. Participants can cancel their requests until the batch is processed.
– Claimable Gas Rewards: After the unbonding period, participants can claim gas rewards from their initially escrowed Liquid Stake Tokens (LST).
– Comprehensive wallet support: Participants can utilize wallets such as Aleph Zero Signer, Nightly, Subwallet, Talisman, and Polkadot.js.
Hats Financial Audit Competition:
Kintsu partnered with Hats Finance, a decentralized cybersecurity network, to conduct an audit competition for contracts to be deployed on the testnet. The contest offers a $40,000 bounty to encourage ethical hackers and security professionals to identify and report vulnerabilities. This initiative ensures that Kintsu’s contracts are thoroughly vetted prior to mainnet launch, while maintaining the highest security standards as Kintsu pioneers the future of liquid staking.
Participation and Feedback:
Kintsu invites the community to actively participate in the testnet to explore innovative features and provide valuable feedback. This feedback will be instrumental in improving the user experience of our platform.
