Former executive of bankrupt cryptocurrency lender Cred indicted on wire fraud and other charges

Cred’s co-founder and former CEO Daniel Schatt, former CFO Joseph Podulka, and former chief capital officer James Alexander were indicted by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of California. Schatt and Podulka were arrested and made their first appearance in a San Francisco court earlier in the day, according to a press release issued Friday.
