GALA Music announces the re -integration of the streaming count of the DSP and uses $ Music tokens to improve the artist reward through the weight distribution model of the SPOTIFY.
Gala Music has re -integrated the streaming count of major digital service providers (DSP) Spotify, aiming to improve the reward system for artists and track owners. According to Gala News, this development is part of the strategy of Gala Music to increase the participation and income of artists in the ecosystem.
Beyond the platform
The updated model of the Gala Music uses the weighted distribution of SPOTIFY so that fans can contribute to the success of their favorite artists beyond the Gala Music platform. This approach incorporates more participation in the platform by integrating the game experience that rewards fans with $ music token. $ Music token serves as a core call within Gala Music Ecosystem and rewards artists and track owners based on streaming performance in Spotify.
Integration introduces the DSP General Star grade that assesses the performance of the track in all DSPs compared to other DSPs on the Gala Music platform. To be suitable for this distribution model, the track must surpass 35% of the bottom of the track of the Gala music or 35% of the DSP stream.
Track import
Track revenue is now determined by three factors: listening to platforms, music ownership for artists and DSPs on tracks. This new approach can reduce the income of the monopoly track owner, but it provides a more overall view of the artist’s success, encouraging a wide range of promotion and distribution of music.
