Empower your employees through themed training sessions focused on the latest cryptocurrency industry developments. When AI emerges in 2023, we introduced “Productive Paranoia” sessions that incorporated AI tips aligned with Kraken’s security policies.

A variety of structured learning opportunities are integrated into our work. Monthly information sessions cover key crypto topics, allowing Krakenites to enhance their knowledge with crypto basics sessions and also cover topics such as time management and fatigue prevention.

We build our courses based on feedback from Krakenites, creating a culture of continuous improvement. We offer sessions such as How to Talk About Cryptocurrency with Friends and Loved Ones, Derivatives and Futures in the DeFi World, and Security Elements (where Kraken Security Labs reviews hardware wallet design and functionality).

Social Learning and Gamification

We encourage Krakenites to serve as educators, sharing their expertise with their peers every day through internal channels, cohort events, and knowledge sharing platforms. Integrating gamification into your learning management system increases engagement and motivation. Our Customer Engagement team organizes regular trading competitions, a kind of Dogfooding, to familiarize the team with our products.

We start by clearly defining the skills required for different roles and then align our learning content with your organization’s priorities and business strategy. We need to be comfortable learning and operating Savage Velocity on the go. This requires a focus on developing ownership, clarifying priorities, and embracing constructive disagreement.   • The Art of Assertiveness: Krakenites learn to identify their level of assertiveness, explore assertive behaviors, practice saying “no” tactfully, and apply assertiveness skills to a variety of situations. These skills enable confident communication and effective boundary setting.
  • Embrace a growth mindset: Krakenite will learn the difference between a fixed and growth mindset, how to assess your place on the growth mindset continuum, and how to implement growth mindset strategies into your work approach.
  • Power to influence: Krakenite explores how to identify your strengths and areas for development. This session will cover how certain actions can amplify impact and detailed steps Krakenites can take to drive positive change within their companies.
