How to get balance before downloading the entire blockchain in Bitcoin Core

I have not used Bitcoin Core before or after running the app. Create an address and send Bitcoin to it. Now Bitcoin Core says you have to download the entire blockchain before giving a balance, but as you know, that’s not the case. Small data (about 450 GB). Is there a way to get out Bitcoin without obtaining the private key for the address or downloading the entire blockchain? i tried dumpprivkey and it came back Only legacy wallets are supported by this command (code -4). My address is bc1 Address type.
