Immutable (IMX), a leader in Web3 gaming, is revolutionizing the way gamers engage with its platform with the introduction of a new rewards system called Gems. Launched as part of The Main Quest, this initiative represents one of the largest gaming rewards programs to date. According to immutable.com, MainQuest aims to build a sustainable and attractive rewards model for Web3 games, allowing developers to build and maintain active player communities.
Gems: A New Era of Continuous Rewards
Gems can be earned as players complete various daily tasks and quests within the Immutable ecosystem. These tasks are constantly evolving, and players can also earn additional gems by participating in major game events. These events include popular titles such as Pool Masters, Space Nation, Blade of God, Immortal Rising 2, Guild of Guardians, and GG:Survivor, the latter two games having achieved millions of downloads since launch.
Future development and permanent rewards
Immutable is preparing to release the next phase of the main quest, which will introduce permanent rewards early next year. This new system allows players to exchange gems for weekly rewards, greatly increasing the usefulness of gems. This initiative is designed to manage the growing value that Immutable and its ecosystem partners promise to players.
As part of this transition, players will notice a change in how they earn gems. Daily bonus gems will be discontinued and replaced with more dynamic and variable daily rewards. Additionally, deeper quests are being developed to foster true engagement with the game and improve the overall gaming experience.
Expanding Opportunities and Community Engagement
The upcoming release and global release of RavenQuest Phase 3 will give players more opportunities to earn rewards. Immutable is working with partners to add significant value to the rewards program, including a $1 million prize from Guild of Guardians and significant contributions from YGG, Overtake, and RavenQuest.
This initiative highlights Immutable’s commitment to rewarding real gamers and ensuring they benefit from ongoing engagement and rewards.
