I’m running my own public pool instance on an Umbrel node (https://apps.umbrel.com/app/public-pool) mining using a Bitaxe device. For sports. For non-profit purposes.
I have access to my nodes via VPN (https://apps.umbrel.com/app/tailscale), so I would like to access mining information (hashrate, highest difficulty) remotely via curl. I thought I could get the data by curling the public pool backend or parsing the HTML page, but when I try to curl (or wget) the URL, I get the Umbrel password page.
Does anyone have any better ideas or alternatives for public swimming pools?
