Synesis One and io.net will accelerate the exploration of integrated solutions, especially those tailored to the needs of enterprise customers.
Decentralized network io.net has entered into a strategic partnership with Synesis One, Solana’s first Train2Earn platform. According to its official website, Synesis One is a data crowdsourcing platform where anyone can earn $SNS by completing micro-tasks to train artificial intelligence (AI).
AI development and io.net collaboration at the core of Synesis One
io.net, which announced the launch of the Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Network for AI (DePIN) last year, simplifies access to low-cost graphics processing units (GPUs) through its tools.
io.net Cloud provides the infrastructure and architecture needed to deploy distributed GPU clusters in a variety of locations. This collaboration sees io.net’s advanced distributed computing network being used to support ML model training for Synesis One’s enterprise customers.
Ultimately, the goal is to promote the development of more efficient and accessible AI models. This alliance is a milestone for the AI ecosystem as it leverages io.net’s extensive GPU clusters to accelerate distributed model training. It also marks the beginning of a focused effort to integrate and leverage their respective technologies for the benefit of the broader AI space.
The new alliance comes just two months after io.net signed an agreement with Ritual, an AI-focused decentralized finance (DeFi) protocol. In this case, the partnership required both platforms to leverage their resources, expertise, and capabilities to drive innovation and improve accessibility in the global AI computing space.
As part of the deal, io.net utilized Ritual’s Infernet SDK, Infernet Node Client, and Ritual Chain components.
Decentralization pushes out centralized systems
In the case of the Synesis One and io.net collaboration, both entities are interested in decentralization and are therefore working to reduce their dependence on centralized systems. In the long term, this pivot aims to improve data privacy and security in AI. Here’s what Synesis One CEO Isaac Bang had to say about the collaboration with io.net:
“We are onboarding a number of large clients, and the scope of some of our projects requires us to build custom ML models. “It’s very exciting to be the first to harness the power of distributed computing through io.net for enterprise AI solutions,” he said.
As a team, Synesis One and io.net will focus on exploring integrated solutions, especially those tailored to the needs of enterprise customers. These solutions prioritize scalability, security and operational efficiency, which are at the heart of the two companies’ alliance.
This strategic partnership reflects our shared commitment to improving the AI development environment by leveraging innovative, distributed technology solutions. These solutions not only compete with the centralized solutions available today, but also provide more value to the businesses that embrace them.
The AI industry in general is gradually gaining tremendous traction with many top technology companies showing interest in its innovative technology.
