JUMP Crypto Holdings has been able to secretly submit documents. This is the core milestone of the lawsuit that the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is pursuing Terraform Labs and founder Do Kwon. The action, which is approved by the JED Rakoff Federal Judge in the current legal process, is an important turning point throughout the procedure. Considering the sensitivity and complexity of the problem, the documents in question were submitted to the New York Southern District Court as part of the evidence investigation. These data are treated in private for the purpose of protecting confidentiality.

The investigation is under investigation into the claim that cryptocurrency, known as Jump Crypto, a subsidiary of Jump Trading, has played a role in the event of a devaluation of cryptocurrency. Terra USD (USST) and the collapse of the Terra ecosystem accordingly. The incident greatly contributed to the decline in the cryptocurrency market in 2022. USST price operation is one of the allegations raised about JUMP Crypto. According to the charges, the company and CEO Kanav Kariya benefited about $ 1.3 billion. High interests related to the seriousness of the problem are supported by these arguments, an essential element in the Litigation of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

For several months, litigation procedures against Terraform Labs and Do Kwon have been developed. In February, the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) prosecuted Terapom Labs and Kwon on charges of billions of dollars of cryptocurrency securities. In the context of large -scale regulations on cryptocurrency companies and its officers, the case represents a part of the crackdown. Moreover, Kwon himself was detained in Montenegro for alleged use of counterfeit travel certificates, and is faced with legal issues such as being sentenced to four months in prison for arrest. Recently, the Montenegro court has decided to lead Kwon. This means that Kwon can be sent to the US or the Korean court.

In the future, in the context of the trial, the court has maintained the authority to decide whether to disclose a personal document to the public. If such a disclosure is considered, the court will inform Jump Crypto’s legal advisors and provide opportunities to oppose the disclosure. This method protects the public from being exposed to the public so that it is appropriate, and it is protected from being disclosed to the public.
